This type is very rate as Vata and Kapha are opposite in many qualities. Your primary Kapha nature provides stability, strength, and endurance, while Vata secondary adds movement and adaptability. This combination gives you grounded energy with more flexibility than pure Kapha types.

Focus predominantly on Kapha-balancing foods: light, dry, warm preparations with pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes, seasoned with the Kapha Spice Mix. Your Vata secondary means you may occasionally experience restlessness or irregularity – when this occurs, add warming, grounding practices while maintaining the lightness Kapha requires.

Constitutional practices: Regular vigorous exercise is essential – you have the stamina for it. Favour light, warm, slightly spicy foods. Avoid heavy, oily, or sweet foods that increase Kapha. Your Vata influence means maintaining warmth and regularity is also important.
