This type is very rate as Vata and Kapha are opposite in many qualities. Your primary Vata nature brings movement, creativity, and changeability, while Kapha provides an anchoring, stabilising influence. This combination can be wonderfully balancing when Vata and Kapha are in harmony, but challenging when they fluctuate between extremes.

Focus predominantly on Vata-balancing practices: warm, nourishing, well-cooked foods seasoned with the Vata Spice Mix. Your Kapha secondary means you have more natural stamina and stability than pure Vata types, but may occasionally experience sluggishness – when this happens, incorporate lighter meals and more vigorous exercise.

Constitutional practices: Regular routine is essential. Favour warm, moderately heavy foods that satisfy without creating excess heaviness. Oil massage is particularly beneficial for your constitution. Gentle, regular exercise like walking or yoga helps balance both qualities.
