Your primary focus should be on balancing Vata through warmth, regularity, and grounding practices. Favour warm, moist, slightly oily foods with sweet, sour, and salty tastes. The Vata Spice Mix (visible on our About page) will be your foundation for seasoning meals. Your Pitta secondary means you may occasionally experience competitive drive or impatience – when this arises, incorporate cooling foods and avoid excessive spicy or sour tastes.

Constitutional practices: Establish regular meal times, prioritise warm cooked foods over raw salads, practice oil massage (abhyanga), and maintain consistent sleep schedules. Your natural variability requires structure and routine to flourish.
