Your constitution is primarily Kapha (structure and stability) with Pitta (transformation) adding metabolic fire and drive. This creates a powerful, grounded individual with strong digestion and excellent endurance.

Your primary focus should be Kapha-balancing: light, warm, dry foods with pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes, using the Kapha Spice Mix. Your Pitta secondary gives you stronger digestive fire than pure Kapha types and occasional competitive intensity – when Pitta rises, incorporate cooling practices while maintaining Kapha’s need for lightness and stimulation.

Constitutional practices: Vigorous daily exercise is crucial – you have the strength and stamina for intense activity. Favour warming, light, spicy foods. Avoid the tendency toward heaviness and excess. Your Pitta fire allows you to handle more pungent spices than pure Kapha types.
